Learn to Bead on a Loom

Learn the skill of beading on a loom in this fun and engaging one-day workshop. 

In this course you'll get to work with beautiful, colourful seed beads. Begin by designing a unique pattern, then start a band that can be turned into a bracelet, headband, or sewn onto clothing. Plus, each participant goes home with their own wooden bead loom! Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn this functional beading technique from a local, highly-skilled artist, Andrew Bullock.*

No previous experience is necessary, but manual dexterity is required.

*Your instructor for this workshop is Andrew Bullock, an award-winning craftsman and lifelong beadwork researcher. Of Wampanoag ancestry, he has been creating and restoring Indigenous beadwork for decades. Andy has been a featured artist in numerous exhibits including "Reading Native Art" at Mt Kearsarge Indian Museum. His work can also be found at Robbins Museum of Archaeology and in private collections. His professional experience includes founding and being the past owner of Wandering Bull, Inc., a supply house featuring top quality beadwork, supplies and reference material.
